Periwinkle Blue HousePeriwinkle Blue HouseDescriptionIn Periwinkle Blue house, there are two bedrooms: Sunflower Room (two single beds) and Christmas rose Room (one double bed). The Christmas Rose Room is also used for honeymoon couples. No children under 12 years are accommodated in the house. All the rooms have a view over the picturesque mountains surrounding Clarens as well as a view over the golf estate. All of the rooms have an on suite bathroom with either bath or shower. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are equipped with under floor heating for the cold winter weather. Each room has a DSTV consisting of the most popular channels as well as utilities for making tea/coffee in the rooms. A separate fridge is available in the house for guests to store cold beverages. The sitting room in the house can be used by guests to warm them in front of the fireplace or have a drink while viewing the mountains.
The house is walking distance form the town and most restaurants is 500 m away. A choice of either continental or full breakfast is served in the dining room or on the stoop where guests can have an intimate breakfast in front of their rooms if preferred.
The interior of the house consists of taste, something old and something new. The warm and friendly atmosphere is overwhelming and the guests always return for another Clarens experience at the Periwinkle Blue House. You are welcome to come and read the guest books in each room to see for yourself!
Clarens is not only known for its picturesque mountains surrounding the small artistic town, but there is also allot to do in and around this beautiful town e.g. hiking trails, horse riding, fly fishing, bicycle rides, four-wheel drives in the mountains, shopping in the town, visiting art galleries, dining in fine restaurant...
